Quality Manager - Under general direction from the senior management team, the Quality Manager will provide support and guidance to all disciplines within the division. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the documentation and implementation of quality management system (QMS) elements as well as monitoring their implementation and control. The ideal candidate will possess a BSEE or equivalent with a MSEE or BMA preferred along with at least ten years of related experience. A working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14971, EU MDD and 21 CFR 820 is required. Experience with regulatory Pre-Market Submissions requirements along with the design, test and manufacture of ultrasound systems and transducers would be beneficial.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer - This position will be part of a product development team developing new or customized devices for various ultrasound customers. Specifically, responsibilities will include participation in the generation and evaluation of new concepts and prototypes, including analysis and bench testing; development of test methods and/or test fixtures to evaluate product performance; development of various design control records; planning and execution of design verification protocols, testing and reports; and working with Suppliers to provide test fixtures, components, assemblies and prototypes. A Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience contributing as an R&D engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering is required, along with a thorough understanding of design principles, mechanical testing, and measurement systems along with experience in Test Methods Validation or Measurement System Analysis. The ability to understand challenges quickly, organize multiple projects concurrently and adapt rapidly to changing work assignment is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate must work well in a team environment and pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise execution of work tasks and procedures.
Manufacturing positions – We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift for Assemblers in the wiring, lensing specialty and ceramic processing areas. We are looking for at least 2 years of experience for some of these positions. High attention to detail along with the manual dexterity to use small hand tools necessary in the assembly of intricate components under magnification is essential.
