I am very pleased to announce that Sound Technology, Inc. (STI) is now a subsidiary of the Analogic Corporation.  This change of ownership became effective on Thursday, November 7, 2002.

This change represents a new and exciting period for our company.  STI’s existing management team and the management team at the Analogic Corporation provide a firm foundation that will allow our company to continue to achieve our strategic and financial goals. We believe that we are now in a better position to increase our OEM market share for our products.

With our new corporate partner, we will maintain the opportunity and privilege to provide your company with both Sound Technology and Acuson transducer products.  As a result, you will continue to receive the highest levels of quality products and customer service available in the world.
